The Ho Ho Ho Guy

Santa's Vintage robe is made from the uniform of a member of a band.  The sleeves were completely shredded so I salvaged the body of it and here he is....dressed in WONDERFUL old red velvet and trimmed in old silver metal ribbon.  The uniform jacket was originally trimmed in this metal.
The button at his chest is made from old sequins and I brought it back from my travels to France.

Standing at 21 inches tall, he makes a great statement piece.
